UAW FORD WORKERS RATIFY NEW CONTRACT

The United Auto Workers union announced that Ford workers have ratified a new four year contract.

The contract includes wage increases and bonuses for workers.

The agreement also includes a $9 billion investment in U.S. plants, which will create or retain 8,500 jobs.

The contract also includes a pathway for temporary workers to become full-time employees.

The UAW and Ford reached a tentative agreement on the contract in October.

The contract covers approximately 53,000 U.S. hourly workers at Ford.

The contract also includes a $60,000 bonus for eligible skilled trades workers.

The contract also includes a $12,000 bonus for eligible production workers.

The contract also includes a $1,500 bonus for eligible temporary workers.

The contract also includes a $500 bonus for eligible retirees.

The contract also includes a $500 bonus for eligible surviving spouses.

The contract also includes a $6,000 ratification bonus for eligible workers.
